I'm ready for my new family!

Hi! My Name Is Treasure the Pirate

I'm Available

Hello, my name is Treasure (formerly known as Ruffles Sweatheartt!!  The lady who rescued me, named me.  I was a feral cat that had been fed in a neighborhood in Biloxi, Mississippi.  Right before the freak snowfall we experienced, the lady noticed that I was injured on my back leg.  She tried very hard to catch me, but I outsmarted her.  Shortly after the snow, I came out of hiding and she tricked me into a humane trap with some really good food.  I was taken into a rescue and the vet for surgery.

Please watch here for more updates...

Treasure has leg amputation surgery on Wednesday, 5 February 2025.  He is still in a medical foster to heal up from surgery.

UPDATE::  Treasure has been cleared by the vet from is leg amputation.  He has fully recovered and walking wonderfully on is 3 legs.  He has finally started coming out of his shell and letting his foster family know that he appreciates living INSIDE.  He is slowly allowing his family to give him affection but its still on his terms.  He will be a great cat and probably come out of his shell MORE once he is in his own forever home.  He lets people know he wants love but will back down if another cat in foster care is demanding human attention.
