Popeye was found by a lovely family in Central Mississippi. The family contacted recue immediately as, Popeye had immediate medical needs that needed to be taken care of. Popeye was rushed to the vet in Biloxi and underwent eye surgery. He is now recovering in a foster home. He is a sweet boy, but a little cautious at first due to his vision issues
