I was born outside in the City of Biloxi, Mississippi. I found a lady that watched over me daily and determined that I have chronic ear issues. She sent me to live at the rescue indoors in hopes that I would get better. My health issues are not getting better. I have issues walking and make circles a lot. So, I will remain in rescue fur ever.
